The area of responsibility essentially comprises
- Planning and implementation of new construction, building maintenance and repair works in the fields of civil engineering, building construction and street lighting
- Implementation of flood protection measures
- Budget planning
- Link function to the municipal building yard
You offer us:
- Training as a state-certified technician in the construction sector, or alternatively a degree in engineering specialising in construction
- Experience in the planning, tendering and construction supervision of construction projects, ideally in road and path construction
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and initiative
- Communication skills, organisational and negotiation skills
