The path and the edging will be completed this week. The turf and the final safety tiles will be laid next week.
From 5 October, the new cycle shelter and seating will be installed. In November, the council’s works department will finally add some greenery: that’s when the trees will be planted.
Step by step, a place is taking shape here where all children can play, be active and socialise together – with minimal barriers and accessible to everyone.
We’re looking forward to the playground being finished soon and coming to life!
