In attendance: Town Clerk Günter Oldekamp, 1st Municipal Councillor Michael Kramer, members of the building committee as well as representatives of the administration and the GEG property and development companies, together with thanks to all the construction companies.
The project involved Pflasterbau Moormann (Berge), the engineering firm Flick (Ibbenbüren), the utilities WAZ, Westnetz and Telekom as well as the tree nursery Haarmann (Wietmarschen).
The final extension was carried out at the same time as the renovation of Fuchsienstraße. The development has been completed and the planting is still ongoing. A playground is also being planned with the involvement of local residents.
