Urban land-use planning

The administrative committee of the town of Neuenhaus passed the resolution to amend the aforementioned development plan at its meeting on 19 November 2025.

The resolution on the preparation of the draft is hereby published in accordance with Section 2 (1) of the German Building Code (BauGB).

The object of the planning here is the insertion of a further buildable area.

The trees specified here in the original plans will be preserved.

The amendment to the development plan is carried out in accordance with Section 13 BauGB using the simplified procedure without carrying out an environmental assessment in accordance with Section 2 (4) BauGB.

The scope of this plan amendment concerns parcels 167 and 76/2 of parcel 40 of the Neuenhaus district, located on the Buitenborg road (plot no. 19, Mons Hof).

The draft plan, including the explanatory statement, will be made available to the public from 30 January 2026 to 2 March 2026 (inclusive) in accordance with Section 3 (2) BauGB on the Internet at www.neuenhaus.de under Citizens / Construction, Order, Traffic / Urban land-use planning / Current planning procedures.

Inspection is also possible during office hours at the citizens' office of the town hall of the Neuenhaus joint municipality, Veldhausener Straße 26, 49828 Neuenhaus.

During the exhibition period, anyone interested in the plans can inspect the planning documents and submit comments by post (see address above), by e-mail(rathaus@neuenhaus.de) or for recording.

Any comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the urban land-use plan under the conditions of Section 4a (6) BauGB. An application in accordance with Section 47 of the Administrative Court Code is inadmissible if it asserts objections that were not asserted by the applicant during the interpretation or were asserted late but could have been asserted.
