Current topics were discussed by experts from the joint municipalities of Emlichheim, Schüttorf and Neuenhaus, as well as the municipality of Wietmarschen and the towns of Bad Bentheim and Nordhorn, together with the two climate protection managers Katharina Humbert and Maria Chur.
The presentation by Mr Wilko Potgeter from the architectural firm Potgeter und Wefelshütten, who presented the Neuenhaus joint municipality's primary school project, which has been awarded the highest possible platinum standard as part of certification by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and will receive a subsidy of 1 million euros, was met with particular interest.
