Additional comments within the meaning of Section 34 (1) sentence 3 of the Own Plant Ordinance are not considered necessary.
On 28 October 2025, the shareholders' meeting of Wirtschaftsbetriebe Neuenhaus GmbH adopted the 2024 annual financial statements and granted discharge to the management for the 2024 financial year. The shareholders' meeting resolved to carry forward the annual result (after taxes) in the amount of € 366,205.03 to the new account.
