On 28 October 2025, the shareholders' meeting of Stadtwerke Neuenhaus GmbH adopted the 2024 annual financial statements and granted discharge to the management for the 2024 financial year. In accordance with the profit and loss transfer agreement dated 18 November 2013, the shareholders' meeting resolves to make a compensation payment totalling € 130,421.38 to the minority shareholders Wasser- und Abwasser-Zweckverband Niedergrafschaft and the municipality of Gölenkamp. The Supervisory Board also recommends the transfer of profits totalling € 689,146.20 to Wirtschaftsbetriebe Neuenhaus GmbH. The payment was made on 17 November 2025.
