At its meeting on 27 May 2025, the council of the town of Neuenhaus adopted development plan no. 98 "KiTa Papestraße" as a statute in accordance with Section 10 (1) BauGB. The aforementioned land-use plan creates the legal planning requirements for the construction of a daycare centre, residential development and the creation of a footpath and cycle path. The area covered by this development plan includes plots 74/199, 74/200 and 74/201 of parcel 19, Neuenhaus district. This area borders Papestraße to the north-west, the street "Vechteufer" to the south-west and Veldhausener Straße to the south-east.
The aforementioned development plan comes into force on the day of the announcement on 21 June 2025 in accordance with Section 10 (3) sentence 4 BauGB.
