Responsibilities:
- Performing supervisory and care duties, as well as educational and professional support in the open area of child and youth work.
- Development, planning and implementation of educational programmes, activities and working groups in the area of open youth work
- Planning, organisation and coordination of youth and socio-cultural activities and events
- Participation in the organisation and implementation of holiday pass offers inside and outside the facility
- Counselling and, if necessary, referral of young people
- Cross-institutional cooperation, networking and maintaining contacts
- Participation in committee work and cooperation with existing child and youth work structures
- Participation in the conceptual design, evaluation and further development of open youth work
- Guidance and support for volunteers, interns, trainees on voluntary service and FSJ trainees
Requirements profile:
- Completed studies in social pedagogy or social work or a comparable degree
- Experience in child and youth work is desirable
- Possession of a category B driving licence and willingness to use a private car for business purposes
