In cooperation with the Breadbasket, committed citizens can now pick "wish lists" from the Christmas tree in the Neuenhaus Citizens' Office until 16 December 2025 (last deadline for gifts) and get a small gift worth up to €20 for the children of the Breadbasket. The presents are then lovingly wrapped and waiting to be given to the parents on 23 December 2025 so that they can be placed under the tree on Christmas Eve.
"The first people in the municipality were already asking at the beginning of November whether the wish tree would be set up again," reports Janette Bleumer from the municipality.
